Health Focus includes a nutrition/lifestyle review, meal planning/recipes, pantry makeover and a grocery shopping trip (or can substitute the grocery shopping trip for two coaching calls). You will be required to track your daily nutrition, hydration and exercise for accountability and weigh in once a week on Friday mornings. This package is a total of four one-hour sessions.
Health Focus includes my 21 Days to Wellness Program for a fresh health start.

Health For Life includes a nutrition/lifestyle review, weekly meal planning/recipes, pantry makeover, grocery shopping, and weekly coaching calls (one per week). You will be required to track your daily nutrition, hydration and exercise for accountability and weigh in once a week on Friday mornings. This package is a total of eight one-hour sessions.

Health Focus includes my 21 Days to Wellness Program for a fresh health start. 

I offer monthly weight loss coaching as well.
